This charming, one bedroom guest house is only four cottages away from the beach and is the perfect place for you to get away from it all. The guest house has been newly remodeled and features creamy white walls and pops of coastal colors throughout.

The guest house has a reverse floor plan with the bedroom on the first floor and the living space on the second floor. The bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed, wall mounted TV, and has a full bathroom with a stand up shower. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the first floor. The living space is just up the stairs and has been recently remodeled to accommodate all appliances that you may need, including a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave with convection oven, and a dishwasher. The cozy living space has a sofa and flat screen Smart TV, as well as a dinette set that seats two. “Spice” features a private balcony where you can enjoy the breezes blowing through the trees and even hear the surf.

The guest house features an outdoor shower where you can rinse off after a fantastic beach day and has access to the shared garden area. You also have access to the shared viewing tower where you will enjoy gulf breezes and views of the emerald green waters and town of Seaside. There is parking for one vehicle and amenity passes for the Seaside community pools and fitness center is included.

Reservation/ Booking Policy

– MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE OF 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.

– 5 night minimums in Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum the rest of the year

– A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

– Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date

– Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

– We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and AmEx credit cards

– CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
